FOTON is starting this year on a high note. Besides recently launching their own assembly line here in the Philippines, they were able to sell almost 4,000 units in 2015. In light of this, the Chinese brand recognized their Cavite showroom as Dealer of the Year during their recent Dealer’s Appreciation Night.
But the highly-coveted title was just the icing on the cake as the dealership also bagged other noteworthy titles. These include the Recognition for Fleet Sales, Parts Team of the Year, Service Team of the Year, Best in Passenger Vehicle for Retail Sales, Best in Light-Duty Trucks for Retail Sales, and Best in Light-Duty Trucks for Wholesale.
All these achievements resulted from their full-steam efforts to up the NCR and Luzon sales last year. FOTON Cavite helped the brand sell a total of 3,892 units in 2015, and this is due to the exemplary commanding skills of Dealer Principal Mr. Nicasio Octavo and General Manager Ms. Benjie Adriano.
United Asia Automotive Group Inc (UAAGI) also bestowed FOTON Cebu and FOTON Balintawak with 1st and 2nd runner-up Dealer of the Year awards respectively as they also contributed to the brand’s high sales achievement.
FOTON Philippines Executive Vice President Anna Maria Parado said. “We remain resolute in actively and aggressively gaining more partners because we do not want to merely add to our dealership network but rather, we want to multiply.” She also stated that they’re already lining up more dealership expansions in Quezon Avenue, Pasong Tamo, Marilao, Sta. Rosa Laguna, Batangas City, and Camarines Sur within this year.
