On July 8, 2020, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) held the formal groundbreaking ceremony for its new dealership in Davao along MacArthur Highway in Matina in Davao City. The event marked the beginning of the Japanese manufacturer’s 11th dealership to adopt the Isuzu Outlet Standardization (IOS).
The new standardized look for its newer showrooms follows three guiding principles. The first is the creation of a conducive atmosphere that gives improved customer experience and smoother business operations. The second is the application of a purposeful design that can easily adapt to customer needs. Last but not least is the ability to communicate the brand’s reputation for durable, reliable, strong, and fuel-efficient vehicles such as the Isuzu D-Max and the Isuzu mu-X.

The new dealership will feature industrial style elements that reflect the brand’s vehicles to its customers. The fascia of the new facility will also come with an expanded metal mesh material between the long red bands. It will come with a minimalist interior that not only reflects a cleaner look but at the same time provides a wider and more organized area for the brand’s customers.
As we face the Covid-19 pandemic, local and world business leaders are adopting new measures in order to protect and preserve their identity in the market. We at Isuzu Davao are firm and resolute in our decision to carry out the mission of demolishing the old building and constructing a new and modern showroom. We have reached this final phase of construction which I consider like no other. I say this because we will be demolishing and building all in the same location. As we break this ground today, we will lay a stronger foundation that could last another 70 years.
The new Isuzu Davao showroom is expected to be completed by March of 2021. With the addition of the new dealership, facility IPC seeks to continue its role in providing its customers with the best possible sales and aftersales services for light commercial vehicles and trucks in the Philippine automotive market in the years to come.
