
In July, Kia Pampanga was awarded with multiple awards from the Dealer Conference and Awards Night organized by the exclusive distributor of Kia in the Philippines, Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC).
A total of 7 awards was given to Kia Pampanga: Best in Parts Operations, Best in Service Operations, Top 4 Certified Kia Sales Consultant of the Year, Best in Events Marketing, Best in Vehicle Retail Sales, and Dealer Dashboard Awards. The 7th award that Kia Pampanga received was the most coveted recognition amongst all Kia branches globally, the Dealership of the Year (DOYA).
Service Advisor Ferdinand Ralar from Kia Pampanga also received recognition after competing in the 8th Kia National Skills World Cup. It's a competition organized by CAC and is held nationwide with Kia personnel from parts, service, and sales participating. Ralar was named champion in the said event.
Ralar also participated in the Kia World Service Advisor Competition held in Chonan, South Korea. He was tested on his knowledge of standard operating procedures or the Kia 10-Step Service Process. In this event, Ralar was able to take home a Silver medal and $3,000 in prize money.
Kia Pampanga was quick to celebrate and share their achievements with a special thanksgiving party with their hardworking personnel and loyal customers.
