Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has revealed the name of its rebranded after-sales service arm. It will now be known as Mitsubishi Motors CARES.
According to MMPC, the rebranding symbolizes the brand’s renewed commitment to a better ownership experience for its buyers in the Philippine market. Mitsubishi has been a mainstay in the local automotive industry since 1963— or 59 years of pure Japanese-born vehicle design and excellence.
For 2022 and beyond, MMPC rebranded its CARES after-sales service arm with the following things in mind:
- Convenience — Mitsubishi has made it easier than ever for customers to book a service or maintenance visit through its Mitsubishi Service Connect (MSC) app. Existing owners and prospective buyers can download the app through the Apple App Store for iPhone users and the Google Play Store for Android users. More than that, customers can also expect highly skilled and certified service advisors to help them through their service needs once they step foot at their preferred Mitsubishi service outlet. These personnel provide customers with consistent expert care inside and outside of the service workshop.
- Reliability — Filipino car owners value reliability above most other things. Mitsubishi knows this, and that’s why it sources only Japan-certified Mitsubishi Genuine Parts and Accessories. These components keep Mitsubishi cars performing at their best and are specifically developed to fit into each model. MMPC prioritizes vehicle longevity, making genuine parts available to customers across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Time — Speed and efficiency is the name of the game for MMPC. Its Mitsubishi Quick Service (MQS) guarantee assures customers that their periodic maintenance service (PMS) is completed within one hour from the time they issue the repair order to the moment your vehicle is released. For more complicated repairs and servicing, Mitsubishi also guarantees customers a completion time. This guarantee fosters trust between the brand and the customer. It’s representative of Mitsubishi’s commitment to valuing each customer’s time.
With Mitsubishi Motors, there’s really more to the vehicle than just metal. There is the promise of a wonderful car life journey that we wish to be passed on to generations of Filipino families. With Mitsubishi Motors CARES we want customers to be constantly reminded to remain worry-free and confident that they are leaving their vehicles in the best hands whenever they enter our service workshops. We look forward to helping them take care of their Mitsubishi. This is what we mean by ‘Life Made Better’. We want to provide utmost driving pleasure, safety and satisfaction not just through the product itself but also in all aspects when it comes to aftersales.
