No matter the hour, Hyundai Philippines is now just a call away with their new 24/7 helpline, making sure help is always on hand. Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has launched a new 24/7 hotline for customers, which makes it easier for people who own Hyundai cars to get help anytime they need it. Customers can call for help with buying cars, fixing problems, or if they need help on the road. The numbers to call are (02)-8868-8000 for landlines and 0917-868-9000 for mobile phones.
Hyundai's improved service provides a lot of benefits to car owners, including towing and recovery of the covered vehicle, delivery of a spare key, delivery of emergency fuel, and onsite minor repairs like flat tire replacement and battery jumpstarts. Additionally, personal and medical assistance such as hotel accommodation, travel continuation support, and urgent message relay are part of the package. The service also offers accident coordination and ambulance coordination assistance.
Mr. Cecil Capacete, HMPH Managing Director, mentions the importance of quality service in maintaining strong customer relationships. You can say, Hyundai really wants to show they care about their customers and are a brand people can rely on
"For us at Hyundai Motor Philippines, we believe that quality service is crucial in maintaining good relationships with our customers. We are driven to provide an easy ownership experience that will make sure that our brand becomes top of mind when it comes to customer satisfaction. As we gladly see more and more Hyundai cars on the road, we also take on a higher responsibility to keep them safe and worry-free. Through our enhanced contact center and roadside assistance service, we assure our valued patrons that we will always be available to answer to their needs."
Owners of the Hyundai Palisade, IONIQ 5, and IONIQ 6 will enjoy these services for free for one year after vehicle purchase. Standard rates, however, apply in the following years. Complete terms and conditions of these services can be found on Hyundai Philippines' website.
