Want to get your hands on a Toyota Supra for the price of a Vios? Well, now’s your chance but read ahead first before heading to the nearest Toyota dealership.
Toyota Bacoor is offering the Toyota Supra in Prominence Red for a downpayment promo price of only P748,000. That's less than 20% of the Supra’s P4,990,000 price tag and equivalent to a fully paid Vios 1.3 XE AT with P10,000 in change.
The catch, however, is you have to pay P107,904 monthly for a 60-month financing period. That's equivalent to paying for roughly 1/7th of the Vios’s standard retail price every month for the next five years. You also can’t choose the color of the Supra as the promo only applies to the Prominence Red paint job.
So what do you get for the P748,000 downpayment? You get a Sports car that comes with a 3.0-liter twin-scroll turbocharged BMW engine that produces 335 hp and 500 Nm of torque. All that power is sent to the rear wheels via a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. That's more than three times the Vios’ power output at more than six times the price and with an additional three more gears.
Extra features included in the Supra is a tire pressure monitor system, a complete set of airbags, including protection for the driver’s knees. It also comes with a heads-up display for added information when driving.
Needless to say, while you can fully pay for a Vios 1.3 XE AT for the downpayment cost of the Supra, the Vios isn't a sports car that has more than 300 hp at your disposal. Those interested in buying a relatively-low downpayment scheme for the Supra better act quick as the promo is valid until October 31, 2019.
