
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) in its effort to continue to deliver ever-better products and services to its customers has launched new features to help adapt to the “new normal.” The Japanese brand’s digital platforms have constantly been updated to make sure information is readily available to its customers. Toyota even has plans to add more features soon to meet every customer’s needs anytime and anywhere. The Japanese brand will also be offering more options and dealers that will help make car purchasing even easier for customers

On May 11, 2020, Toyota launched a dedicated website in which the Japanese brand posts regular updates on dealer openings, frequently asked questions, the latest COVID-19 related news, and announcements from the brand to its customers. With the new site, it aims to link and assist customers with any inquiries they might have. Toyota’s Customer Assistance Center is also operational and is available through its customer assistance email.
You can now book your next service appointment via your smartphone

Toyota Philippines as part of its measures to ensure everyone’s safety is urging the public to use its new MyToyotaPH phone application. This makes booking dealership and servicing related appointments much easier through the use of your mobile phone. The new application is applicable to all of Toyota’s dealerships nationwide. Each dealer outlet will be managing appointments to control the number of people that enter the facility. This was done by the Japanese brand to ensure the proper enforcement of social distancing. The app also comes with a feature that sets reminders for your confirmed appointments. Through this method, it will make dealer inquiries faster and easier as well as making job items and service estimates more accessible.

TMP in light of the current pandemic and adapting to the “new normal” states that it will continue to provide flexible financing schemes, extended payment terms, and payment holiday terms to ensure that car purchases become lighter for its customers. The brand will also offer free services such as periodic maintenance, insurance, and BactaKlenz for vehicle sanitation so that customers can get more value with their purchase.
