Being overseas, and away from your family for a long period of time is taxing, both monetarily and emotionally. If the Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) specific ads haven’t gotten to you yet, then maybe this will. To honor those who spend their days working in another country to give their families a better life, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is giving our modern day heroes a chance to give their families a (an econo) box to transport even more balikbayan boxes.
Special financing packages will be offered through Toyota Financial Services. The promo, available to overseas workers and seafarers, will go for as low as P7,394 per month for 60 months. The promo requires a 50% down payment. This financing package will be for the Vios XE CVT variant.
Toyota will also be offering different rates and promos for the different variants of the Vios.
Toyota recognizes the hardworking OFWs and seafarers who are doing noble work all over the world in order to provide their families a better life. We believe the Vios can be a valuable addition to their household - making it easier, safer and more comfortable for their family members to go to work or school or to just go places and bond as one family.

The Toyota Vios has long been a mainstay on Philippine roads. Known for its reliability, low-cost maintenance, and exceptional resale value, the humble little sub-compact has been a staple for all kinds of fleets. The Vios has also been a long time favorite first-car for many Filipinos ever since the nameplate was introduced back in the early 2000s. Reliable and practical, it is no wonder Filipinos keep coming back to this humble little sedan.
This promo is available in all Toyota dealerships nationwide until March 31, 2019. You can also head over to the Toyota Vios display in SM Mall of Asia on February 21 to 22, 2019 and February 25 to March 6, 2019. Or visit the Duty Free Philippines Fiesta Mall from February 25 to March 3, 2019.
In order to avail of the promo, OFWs and seafarers need to present these documents as part of Toyota’s requirements:
- OWWA-issued OFW ID
- MARINA-issued seaman’s book
- Contract of Employment
- Certificate of Employment
- Last 3 months’ payslip
- Las 3 months’ proof of remittance
