Led by Mr. Felipe Estrella III, Volkswagen Philippines president, the media roundtable included information on the company’s plans for the rebranding phase of the German automaker here in the country. The said plans cover VW’s image, products or vehicle lineup, and its services that do play a huge factor among car buyers nowadays.
For starters, the new globalized Volkswagen includes the new logo. This refresh shall go by its new set of traits, aimed at unveiling the new Volkswagen brand: energetic, vibrant, inviting, exciting, festive, and lively. In order to entice more buyers, the brand is set to become more customer-centric, giving Volkswagen owners easier access for after-sales services. Most important of all is that quality on both its products and services are set to be improved as well. In addition, Volkswagen Philippines also promised that overall ownership costs will be reduced.
