About Lifan Philippines
Lifan was a brainchild of former Chinese politician Yin Mingshan. Formerly known as Chongqing Hongda Auto Fittings Research Centre, it grew to become one of the Asia’s most notable motorcycle manufacturers before it ventured into bus manufacturing in 2003.
Lifan also acquired the Anhui Huayang Auto Manufacturing Co. Ltd in 2004 and finally started manufacturing automobiles in 2005 with its first creations, the LF6361 Minivan, LF1010 Pickup, their first passenger car the 520 Sedan.
The expansion momentum continued to favour Lifan when it landed in the Philippines under the Ravinian Distributors Inc. Established in August 22, 2007, Ravinian is the official distributor of Lifan vehicles locally. Its HQ resides at #80 Bgy. Phil-Am, West Avenue, Quezon City, where within its 800 sq. meter facility also includes a crevice center. Aside from its QC base, Lifan also has dealerships in Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, and Cebu.
