The Vanquish S is an ultimate grand tourer and Aston Martin's flagship car. It ultimately represents the company's design, engineering, technology, and craftsmanship. It is a continuation of a century old bloodline known for the fastest, finest, and most exciting road and racing cars ever made. The first generation Vanquish features a V12 engine was launched back in 2001, as a successor to the Virage range. It was also featured as the official James Bond car in the film Die Another Day. The Vanquish S takes direct influences from the extraordinary One-77 supercar. Its carbon-fibre skin makes the sheer surfaces and harder lines possible, giving it a lithe, tightly tailored appearance. There are 2 available variants for the Vanquish S, known as the Vanquish S Coupe and the Vanquish S Volante. As powerful as they should be, they sit proudly at the top of Aston Martin model range as they can produce up to 588 hp and 630 Nm of torque. They are both mated to a “Touchtronic III” 8-speed automatic transmission, with a combined fuel consumption of 13.1 L/100 km.
