The Changhe Work Buddy is the brand's compact truck in the Philippines. It's designed to be a light truck that can haul both people and cargo making it an ideal vehicle for those who have a small business. The Work Buddy is available locally with three variants, the K22, the Freedom, and the Freedom people carrier. Power comes in the form of either 1.5-liter or 1.4-liter naturally aspired engine that is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The 1.5-liter motor produces 82hp and 112 Nm of torque. The 1.4-liter engine, on the other hand, produces 94hp and 115 Nm of torque. The Work Buddy can also be had in several variants that can cater to your needs. It is available as dual cab pickup, a single cab pickup, and as a people carrier. Depending on the variant the compact truck can seat between 3 to 5 occupants with enough room to spare.
