The Hyundai Creta is the brand's newest entry into the subcompact crossover segment in the Philippines. It is available in three variants with each one being powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine. It also comes with a unique feature set that sets it apart from its competitors starting with one of a kind design and its spacious interior and up-to-date technology. It also carries a 10.25-inc LCD instrument cluster, wireless charger with air cooling, an 8-inch touchscreen, cupholder lamp, and USB chargers.
Launch
The Hyundai Creta officially launched on August 17, 2022, and was made available with three variants to choose from. It was released with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine made available with two transmission options a 6-speed manual and an IVT. An 8-inch infotainment system was also available for all models with the exception of the entry-level variant that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Powering the Hyundai Creta is a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine that produces 113hp and 144 Nm of torque. It can be had with either a 6-speed manual transmission or an IVT. Stopping power comes from 15-inch disc brakes at the front and 14-inch discs at the back. The crossover rides on a McPherson Strut setup at the front and a CTBA setup at the rear. It also rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with different designs depending on the variant chosen. All variants of the Creta ride on 17-inch wheels with different designs for the higher variant.

The Hyundai Creta comes with a decent amount of technology, for its highlighted features it comes with an 8-inch infotainment system that has Apple Carplay and Android Auto, wireless charging with an air cooling system, cupholder lamps, and finally, USB charging ports at the back and at the front. The GLS variant also comes with a drive mode selector and a terrain mode selector. On top of this, the GLS variant also comes with a remote start features, a remote window control function, plus a wireless charger.
Exterior
The Hyundai Creta comes with LED headlights at the front and a Parametric Jewel pattern grill as well. Lower variants of the crossover do not have LEDs but instead carry halogen headlights. Aside from this the crossover also comes with a long hood profile, strong side character lines, and a unique C-pillar shape. It also rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 215/60 series tires. At the rear, the Creta comes with “boomerang” signature LEDs that give the vehicle excellent visibility at night and make it easily identifiable. Higher variants of the vehicle are also available with a two-tone body color.
Interior
The South Korean crossover, comes with a modern and minimalist design for its cabin with a two-tone black/cognac brown interior color scheme. It also comes with a 10.25-inch LCD Instrument cluster, an 8-inch infotainment system that has Apple Carplay and Android Auto, wireless charging with an air cooling system, cupholder lamps, and finally, USB charging ports at the back and at the front.
Safety
For its safety features, the Hyundai Creta comes with two front airbags, ABS, electronic stability control, hill start assist, park distance warning, blind spot collision avoidance assists, forward collision avoidance assist, lane keep assist, lane following assist, high beam assist, driver attention warning, and a tire pressure monitoring system. Lower variants of the vehicle have some of these features removed but retain the other features such as the dual airbags, ABS, electronic stability control, and hill-start assist. In 2022, the Hyundai Creta was crash tested by the ASEAN NCAP achieving a 5 star safety rating. The Creta scored 34.72 in Adult Occupant Protection, 15.56 in Child Occupant Protection, 14.08 in Safety Assist and lastly, 11.42 in Motorcyclist Safety, for an overall score of 75.78 giving it a five star rating.

I would recommend Hyundai Creta. A truly value for money car, reliable and good-looking.
My sales agent is very accommodating. I would rate him 10/10. Kudos also to the people in their insurance department. The only thing that disappoints and upsets me alot is the time I waited for my car to be released. It took me 2 days... Ridiculous, isn't it? I signed all the papers today and completed all my requirements. Then, I got the car 7 in the evening. After, they advised me to come back the next day to continue buffing the brand new car. Shouldn't a brand new car ready for release done with buffing and all the prep... Why advise to come back? What a hassle.
