Very accommodating, reliable, and adaptable in current pandemic set-up. Thought that buying a car would be stressful and tedious, but she made it hassle-free, from fast car loan approval, to delivering the unit right in front of our doorsteps. Never thought that the whole process of buying a car would be this easy.

I highly recommend Mark Oliver of Kia Pasig. He promptly replies to my queries and concerns even after office hours (sometimes a little late at night). He’s very accommodating and has given me an outstanding customer satisfaction. Among all the branches and agents that i have talked to, he’s the only agent who initiated to call the main kia car plant to check if there’s still an available unit that i’m looking for right after our initial conversation. Very reponsive, helpful, and most of all, very very warm and fun to talk to. There is not a dull moment when talking to Ms. Jashmine, and she made sure i got everything I needed to make the right decisions. If you are planning to buy a Ford vehicle, i highly recommend her.

Ms. Marnelle is very helpful and professional from inquiry to delivery. She is transparent in every transaction (eg, status of application, when the unit arrives) - no false hopes! Her timing on follow ups is just right and not overwhelming. she responds in a timely manner and knows when to send a message or call.

One thing that sets her apart in all my inquiries through Autodeal is that she sent a formal quotation right away and graciously sent an updated one when I asked for one. Mazda Makati is the place to be, and look for Ms. Marnelli.

I sent my inquiry to Mam Chiradee on the 27th of Nov and, with luck and her persistence, we got a unit to my preference on the 9th of Dec.

I messaged a lot of Toyota Reps and she was the only one who came back with a positive response.

She is respectfully of my time, saktong kulit lang. 😅

Though, she was on quarantine during the release of the unit, she still made sure to properly endorse my case for a smooth release..
