Krizel is very accommodating, very patient with my questions and inquiries, and super helpful for the loan application. I can say that I'm a very difficult person to deal with but Krizel was super patient and ensured to make my purchase as easy as possible. This is proven as I only went to the dealership once and the remaining process are just through calls and text. She was very willing to go over the mile to make the customers' life easier by putting customers' convenience on priority.
