HARIPHIL Asia Resources, Inc., led by its visionary leader, Vice Chairman, President, and CEO Maria Fe Perez-Agudo, has officially welcomed the global brand Chevrolet into its family of automotive brands.
The partnership was announced at an event themed “Generation Chevrolet 3.33,” where optimism and the pursuit of breakthroughs in business management were the main topics. The addition comes at a time when Chevrolet has already shown a strong growth of 131% in the first half of 2024, outperforming its entire performance in the previous year. The growth was primarily driven by models such as the Tracker, Camaro, and Trailblazer.
In recognition of outstanding performance, top achievers in Sales, Service, Parts, CRM, and Dealer Management were honored at the event. Ms. Agudo mentioned the importance of acknowledging the hard work of the Chevrolet dealer network that contributed to the good results achieved in the early months of the year.
Additionally, Ms. Agudo outlined a three-year strategic plan that includes launching new products, opening new dealerships in growth areas, and setting ambitious targets for 2024-2027. The event concluded with a preview of new Chevrolet models soon to be introduced in the Philippines.
“Taking a long view of HARI’s almost 25 years in the business, I clearly see how the ups and downs of our business accumulated to wins--because we refuse to stay down. We always get up, humbler but braver and wiser. I see history repeating itself as we embark on another breakthrough journey to fulfill General Motor’s vision to pioneer innovations that move and connect people in this broad and diverse world of ours."
