
GAC Motor celebrated a significant achievement with the grand inauguration of GAC Motor Cainta, a momentous event attended by top executives from the GAC Management Group in China, their local distributor Astara Philippines, and the esteemed Gateway Group. Raoul Picello, Managing Director of Astara Philippines, expressed gratitude to the Gateway Group for their unwavering support, investment, and belief in the GAC brand. He emphasized the power of trust and partnership as the driving forces behind their shared success and the foundation for Astara's vision of becoming a global mobility company.
GAC Motor Cainta commenced its operations with a soft launch on June 1. This establishment, one of five GAC Motor dealerships under the Gateway Group, distinguishes itself as the first 3S facility, providing comprehensive support for sales, service, and spare parts for all GAC MOTOR vehicles. The facility adheres to GAC Motor’s global brand identity, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing experience for customers. Its showroom can display up to six vehicles, offering customers a comprehensive look at GAC MOTOR's exceptional lineup.
In terms of after-sales services, GAC Motor Cainta boasts a service area with six car bays equipped with diagnostic systems. Additionally, the facility maintains a well-stocked warehouse with genuine parts and tools, ensuring swift and efficient service for all GAC Motor vehicle owners. Moreover, all vehicles sold by the dealer come with a five-year warranty, 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance, free Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) for the first 5,000 kilometers, and other value-adding programs to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

Franz Decloedt, Brand Head of GAC MOTOR, expressed gratitude to the Gateway Group for their commitment to delivering exceptional vehicles and remarkable customer service. He emphasized that GAC MOTOR is not just about vehicles but also about building enduring relationships and delivering excellence. Since relaunching the brand in the Philippines, GAC MOTOR has been dedicated to expanding its presence across the country, with a goal of reaching 20 locations nationwide by the year's end.
