MINI conquered the Visayas region. The brand’s Island Adventure event had MINI drivers and owners assemble and convoy throughout the region, lunching out and having conversations about their shared passions for the MINI brand.
From Coopers to Convertibles to Countrymen whether new or old joined in on the fun drive that spanned three cities in the Visayas region which brought together several MINI owners and drivers in an adventure that promoted the love for the brand and camaraderie between enthusiasts.
According to MINI Philippines’ count, over 17 vehicles and 32 MINI owners met up and assembled a convoy bound for Negros Island. After the initial group crossed the sea, it was then off to Bacolod and Iloilo for lunch where more MINI owners joined the trip. By the end of the day, a total of 26 vehicles were present, with 44 MINI owners joining the occasion. These owners hailed from Cebu, Bacolod, and Iloilo in their MINI cars.
The Visayan group for MINI’s Island Adventure spent the night in Bacolod City, The City of Smiles, enjoying the food, accommodations, and sights before heading back to Cebu City to conclude the drive the next day.
This is MINI Cebu’s second run in the region this year. Prior to this, 29 MINI vehicles zipped through the whole 8.5-kilometer stretch of the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway which is the main link between Cebu and Mactan Island.
At the end of the day, this second leg of this event saw over 50 attendees enjoy a smooth ride and drive over the island’s pristine seas and beautiful coastal views.

Check out all the photos and see all the MINI owners’ smiling faces and the vehicles that they took in order to embark on this epic journey through the Visayas. More drives and adventures to come for the MINI brand soon.
