Based on Volvo's new Compact Modular Architecture, the new XC40 is available with a diesel engine, or the gasoline engine coupled to an AWD system. As expected from Volvo, there's a lot of tech in the XC40, most notably the Run-off Road Protection & Mitigation, Cross Traffic Alert with Auto Brake, and 360-Degree Camera.
