Group Lotus Plc. is an international developer, manufacturer, and marketer of luxury sports cars, which is british in origin. They are known for their minimalist and lightweight appeal, whose carved into the DNA of their founder, Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman.

They continue to bear the stamp of their founder, whose initials are found on the company's logo. They are divided into 3 groups: Lotus Cars, Lotus Motorsport and Lotus Engineering. Lotus Cars builds world class, high performance sports cars including the award-winning Evora, the iconic Elise and the stunning Exige. On the other hand, Lotus Motorsport build and develops vehicles for GT racing. They are also involved in F1 racing with the Lotus F1 Team under the black and gold livery.

Aside from manufacturing cars, Group Lotus Plc. also offers engineering services under Lotus engineering. They provide comprehensive and versatile consultancy services to many of the world's OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and is an internationally recognised automotive engineering consultancy.

Late 2014, British United Automobiles Inc. (BUAI), the exclusive distributor of the iconic MINI cars, was awarded with another franchise, the Lotus Cars. They will under the management of the automotive giant, the Autohub Group. This is part of Group Lotus Plc's revolution and to extend its market to our country.

They officially opened their first dealership in Greenhills, San Juan, under the name Lotus Cars - Manila. They showcase three of Lotus' top cars on their line-up, which are Elise, Exige, and Evora.
