The Elise is a mid-engined, rear-wheel drive, convertible sports car that is built on a lightweight chassis. It is powered by an all alloy DOHC 4 cylinder dual VVT-i and Valvematic 16-valve engine that could produce a maximum of 217hp and 250Nm of torque. Aside from its exotic yet sporty appeal, what you'll notice about it is its minimalist packaging. With its power and size, the Elise is the perfect example of an irony. The Elise range comes in 3 variants: Elise, Elise S, and Elise 220 Cup. They are all styled for zero lift and maximum downforce which is a perfect match to its powerful engine.
