Launch
Changan launched the Lumin mini EV at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show on April 10, 2025. The Lumin is available in two variants, the S which is priced at P699,000 followed by the L which is priced at P799,000.

The Lumin is powered by an electric motor delivering a maximum power output of 47 horsepower, enabling a top speed of 101 km/h. It utilizes a Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, offering two range options: approximately 190 km for the standard variant and up to 301 km for the extended-range version. This setup provides sufficient driving range for daily urban commuting needs.
