Changan Nevo Q05 2025

Changan launched the QO5 PHEV crossover on April 10, 2025, at the Manila International Auto Show. At launch, the QO5 is available in two variants, the SE and the ID. Color options for the crossover are called Starshine Blue, Dazzle Gray, Putty Gray, Astral Diamond Black, Red, and White.

Under the hood, the NEVO Q05 PHEV uses Changan's Blue Core iDD plug-in hybrid system, which pairs a 1.5-liter high-efficiency engine with an electric motor. This hybrid setup delivers a maximum combined range of up to 1,215 kilometers when both power sources are used. In pure electric mode, the vehicle can cover up to 145 kilometers on a single charge, ideal for daily commutes or city errands. The intelligent energy management system seamlessly switches between electric, hybrid, and regenerative braking modes to maximize fuel economy and reduce emissions. Built on a modern modular architecture, the chassis is engineered for both rigidity and comfort, offering a smooth ride and confident handling.

Technology is a core highlight of the NEVO Q05, and it is designed to create an intelligent, connected, and user-centric driving experience. The centerpiece of the interior is a 12.3-inch floating full LCD dual-screen setup, combining the instrument panel and infotainment system into one sleek, seamless interface. This system supports voice control, smartphone connectivity, and over-the-air (OTA) updates to keep the car’s software up to date. Additional features such as remote vehicle control through a dedicated mobile app allow users to manage locking, air conditioning, and battery charging status from their phones. The Q05 also includes advanced driver assistance features such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and a 540-degree panoramic camera system that enhances situational awareness and driving safety.
