Kaicene Philippines, under Berjaya Auto Asia, Inc., is presenting its lineup to the Philippine market. The brand aims to provide cost-effective vehicles to consumers and was introduced to the country in July of 2019 with two vehicles leading the charge. The company officially changed its name in July 2020 from Changan, like its parent company, to Kaicene.

Two vehicles comprise the Kaicene lineup in the Philippines. For consumers, the brand offers the Honor S MPV which can seat up to 8 individuals in a single sitting. For small businesses, the Star truck is available in a selection of body configurations ranging from a cab and chassis, drop-side pickup, and an aluminum box van.
